All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
3. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, colours and sizing information are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen displays.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 10 business days from the date that payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method and destination.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed through PayFast. Ivory by PRIMM does not store any payment card information.
6. Delivery & Collection
Customers may choose either:
Delivery to a specified address within South Africa; please note that delivery has an extra charge
Collection from our designated collection point once notified that the order is ready.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate.

Delivery
We offer delivery throughout South Africa.
Delivery charges are not included in the product price. The delivery fee is calculated based on the delivery destination and distance from our collection point. The applicable delivery cost will be communicated to you before your order is dispatched.

Collection

Refund & Return Policy

Returns
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us with photographs of the item.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued where:
The wrong item was supplied;
The item arrived damaged; or
The item has a manufacturing defect.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Exchanges
Where possible, we will offer an exchange instead of a refund for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
